Ah, Saturday

Breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast with no sugar added apricot jelly. Had lunch with Pawpaw at Buckner. It was cheese burger (no bun), blackeye peas, turnip greens, cream of broccoli soup, and sugar free blueberry pie.

I went crazy at supper and made a grilled chicken pasta with broccoli and cherry tomatoes served over spinach fetuccini. Not so carb friendly, but it was very tasty.

Weight today was 218, the lowest since we left for Alaska last May. Go me.

That's great! Way to go!
